This adds the possibility to reconstruct small-R truth jets in the offline MT jet trigger monitoring.

Currently added only to the main function and not to TrigJetMonConfig() (so this would not work if used with Run3DQTestingDriver.py)

To enable the reconstruction of small-R truth jets use '--runTruthReco'

Adding also:

  • A small fix to the binning of the efficiency curves
  • Missing matcher algorithms to the main function
