Fix comparison for TCT MT tests

For the diff-root comparison, --order-trees is needed/added. semi-detailed option produce less output for diff-root when there are differences.

This has developed merge conflicts.

Is there another MR to increase the # of events for the comparison? I don't understand the conflict otherwise. in latest master, the number of events is 10 for the two tests where conflicts are seen.

Yes, I created such MR and it was merged today: !39193 (merged)

With @elmsheus , we agreed to increase the number of events to 30 for q221 and q431 tests.
