fix for missing type specification in log output variable in LArCondFlags.py

"Two characters and a space" fix. Fixes ATR-22539. I really hope this will quickly pass. Other incidences of this issue might show up quickly and if the trigger is associated to it, otherwise I think @pavol can fix! Cheers, Denis
