Removing Error message in STDM7 trk-to-lepton vertex fitting

Hi all,

I've changed an error message in DerivationFrameworkSM to info. This occurs a few times in our derivation making when the fits are so bad that they hit some protections in the underlying fitter. It's expected behaviour and not an error.

In case we build another derivation cache before Christmas it'd be great to have this included.
