remove dynamic variables from L2StandAloneMuon for Run2 trigger

2 dynamic variables of L2StandAloneMuon in Run2 EDM are removed to fix the issue reported on ATLASRECTS-5425. They were added after Run2 data-taking since they would be useful for Run3 validation/commissioning. So they will be included in Run3 EDM config with another MR at some point. tagging @sshaw , @nakahama and @cdiez
