Finally fix the tau and electron analyses

Typos and mistakes in the chain configuration prevented the analyses working correctly.

In addition, the release for the reference reconstruction is changed so that we can see the collections in the AOD

In addition, because the Electron_FTF And Tau_IDTrig collections were not in the EDM, in order to get these collections in to the AOD we sadly need to use the less stable current targeted release for offline processing.

This should be changed as soon as they start on a new targeted release

OK I restarted this because the last set failed to run properly, but if they were only started because of the failed option tests, then I guess this doesn't matter, and we don;t need to wait for them to finish, or likely fail to run again.
