DerivationFrameworkJetEtMiss: Added cleaning variables for RScan jets

The current derivation used for RScan studies and measurement (JETM9) lacks several cleaning variables for the non-0.4 radii. These have been added to the two relevant radii for these studies, 0.2 and 0.6; the changes to the code are very minor, just some configuration files are affected.

The change in output file size is minimal (~1.5% increase) and so is the change in running time. These changes have been tested on both Data AODs and MC AODs, and the Tier0 tests have been run (all of them passed) @cdelitzs @nelsonc @wbalunas @sawyer
