CP algs: Jet updates for DAOD_PHYS in master

Jet updates for DAOD_PHYS/PHYSLITE in master:

• do not recompute JVT/fJVT by default
• disable fJVT by default
• properly set truth jets
• update flavour tagging to DL1r
