Adjustments to jet hypo configuration code, add chains to exercise recent code commits.
- fix bug setting Et cut for the forward/backward jets for vbenf chains
- add a fbdjshare chain to the LS2 menu. This is vbenf-like, but can share jets between the dijet and the f/b jets. exercises the new FastReduction forest code.
- add a simple-agg chain to the LS2 menu. Exercises running HT and and other conditions in a single FastReduction Conditiontree.
- set sharing to be the default for mixed simple/non-simple chains
