Use precision tracking in min-bias slice

In this MR the tracking sequence in MonBias is changed from FTF to precision tracking. That was the setup used in Run2. For it to work I needed to make some additions on top of changes by @mvozak in !39357 (merged):

• expanded ViewDataVertifier list of objects
• effectively added a transient collection of thacks in between reco. & ambiguit scoring

Approving but there is one small warning to correct in the future in unchanged lines of EFIDTracking.py: 'AthenaCommon.GlobalFlags.globalflags' imported but unused.
