Fix input Trk::SegmentCollection name when running on old ESDs (ATLASRECTS-5867)

Hi,

this MR fixes the

MuPatTrackBuilder WARNING Could not find MuonSegmentCollection at TrackMuonSegments

when running on old (release 21) ESDs. It fixes ATLASRECTS-5867.
