Fix trigger jet calo moments

• Save JVTRpt for HLT jets (updated EDM)
• Fix EnergyPerSampling for HLT PFlow jets
• Add EMFrac/HECFrac moments to calibrated HLT jets

Solves ATR-22535

Since EnergyPerSampling was buggy for PFlow jets (which is needed for the GSC correction), this fix changes the counts and/or features for some chains using PFlow jets:
