Minor EventLoop prun submission improvements:

• remove deprecated options
• do not set nc_rootVer as it is not needed (silences a submission warning)

Looks reasonable to me, though I don't fully know what all the grid options do.

Two CI jobs are triggered by 21.2 MR events: for AthDerivation with gcc62 compiler and with gcc8 for AnalysisBase and AthAnalysis projects.
