egammaSuperCluster Fixes for ATLASRECTS-5873,ATLASRECTS-5874.

ATLASRECTS-5873,ATLASRECTS-5874.

  1. Be midfull of the fact that L3 has different granularity (add option) .
  2. Add a bit meaningfull info message.
  3. Also removed unused options (defaults 999 never changed or to be changed)

Mentioning @turra. This I kept compatible but it has the options to try a small tune .
