TrigConfigSvc: Silence deprecation warning for IJobOptionsSvc

IJobOptionsSvc is deprecated in Gaudi v35r1. However, the ApplicationMgr still relies on that interface being provided. So we need to silence the compiler warning until the complete removal of IJobOptionsSvc in Gaudi v36r0.
