Fix errors in derivations that dont include ExtendedJetCommon by moving addCHSPFlowObjects

It was reported here; !39657 (merged) that this previous merge request was causing problems in a few ART tests. This happens in cases where jets are used but ExtendedJetCommon is not. To fix this addCHSPFlowObjects has been moved to JetCommon. Cheers, Chris.
