Including gFex EDM

Cecilia Tosciri requested to merge ctosciri/athena-old:gfexEDM into master

This merge request adds EDM classes for gFex. It includes one class corresponding to the jet TOB and one corresponding to the global TOB. It also includes a CMake test for the two classes.
