Reconstruct offline R=1.0 PF jets in offline mon and small fix to JetMonitoring

We can now reconstruct offline R=1.0 PFlow CSSK+SD jets in the jet trigger offline monitoring tool config (only using the main function).

It includes also a fix to JetMonitoring.
