Fix for applying Ntrack cut in tau perf chains:

before the fix:

  • "idperf" : pass all events
  • "perf" : pass all events

after the fix:

  • "idperf" pass all events
  • "perf" : apply Ntrack cut but no TauID cut

pinging @carquin and @malconad

Updating reference count files : decreasing count of tau "perf" chains as expected
