Adding new TCT test for expressstream with data18 as input and MT enabled

This MR adds one new TCT test which should replace the old tests test_expressstream_1_run276689_collisions.sh test_expressstream_2_run276689_collisions.sh test_expressstream_3_run276689_collisions.sh test_expressstream_4_run276689_collisions.sh (the old tests will be disabled later)

The updates in the new test with respect to the old tests are:

• MT is enabled
• input is updated from data15 to data18 (using run 357750, lb0106)
• using --conditionsTag='CONDBR2-BLKPA-RUN2-02' --geometryVersion='ATLAS-R2-2016-01-00-01'
• increased the number of entries for the Reco_tf step to 100, so no need for 4 copies of this test
• increased the number of events for the "diff" step from 10 to 30
