update BPHY20: remove trigger selection, use all possible ways of primary vertex selection (ATLBPHYS-115)

Change DoVertexType flag in BPHY20.py from 1 to 7 in order to save all possible PV types, remove trigger preselection (TriggerCountToMetadata and TriggerSkimmingTool), change BMassUpper, TrkTrippletMassUpper, and MassMax flags from 6900 to 10000 for further background study. Remove BPHY20Thin_vtxDuplicates for keeping all possible triplets. Add "abs(TruthParticles.pdgId == 531 || TruthParticles.pdgId == 533 || TruthParticles.pdgId == 443 || TruthParticles.pdgId == 100443" in GenericTruthThinning.
