ATLASRECTS-5963 : Fix for PyDumper to allow handling Perigee,Cone,Cylinder :: normal()

  • Use changes from @ssnyder to allow the Dumper to do the right thing for Cylinder, Cone surfaces.

  • Revert the changes in normal() for PerigeeSurface so to be default (1,0,0) rather than (0,0,1) which the default for Surface::normal() implementation.

  • In anycase add using Trk::Surface::normal for Cylinder and Cone Surface
