TCT test q440: updated MT configuration and added new version of this test with 8 threads

This MR adds three updates for the TCT test q440:

  1. Using the recommended MT configuration as discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-22498

  2. As discussed with @elmsheus and @mhodgkin , I created two versions of this test:

  • test_q440.sh - default settings using MT with 8 threads
  • test_q440_serial.sh - alternative settings (MT enabled using 1 thread)
  1. The number of events for the "diff" step is changed from 30 to 20. (Currently the running of this step takes 3 hours which is very long for TCT)
