enabling IDTrig cosmic configuration in muon setup
This MR adds offline pattern recognition tracking into muon signature. The new tracking switches on only in case of cosmic configuration (atm checked through beam flag).
it can be tested using following JO: test_trigP1_v1Cosmic_muons_build.py
Misconfiguration is expected as it runs but no tracks are being produced hence this needs a little bit more investigation but I thought it could be already useful for other people.
