Fixing the seed finder for trigger AMVF

Lukas Novotny requested to merge (removed):Lukas_AMVF_vtx into master

The current seed finder seems to not work with AMVF (maybe wrong configuration?). Also the AMVF is expected to work with gaussian seed finder - as the new version do.
