master's MuonEventTPCnvDict.h file was missing the struct definition present in 21.3, so I added it just in case. Is it not needed?
The MuonEventTPCnvDict struct was needed for ROOT5, but is no longer necessary in ROOT6. However, the inclusion of the persistent container headers is still required. Thanks @mnowak for clarifying!
