TrigInDetAnalysisUser : adding of a LRT chain in the Analysis

Adding of the new TIDAdata-run3-lrt.dat and TIDAdata-run3-offline-lrt.dat in the TrigInDetArtSteps.py so they get copied in the run directory on grid when the art tests run
