Mapping with csv file, test vector code for L1Calo eFEX simulation

Add new mapping and validation classes to the L1Calo eFEX offline simulation software:

  1. Draft code to load test vector from online simulation for validation.
  2. Tower-FPGA mapping and SuperCell-Tower mapping using CSV files.

TODO:

  • eFakeTower class need to be compatible with the final test vector file.
  • Missing SuperCells and information about energy split the SuperCell-Tower CSV file.
