Updating tau settings for MET validation

Chris Malena Delitzsch requested to merge cdelitzs/athena:master-MET-validation-RefTau into master

The settings for the tau selection tool are updated for the MET validation in release 22 to be in agreement with the settings that the tau CP group is using. This should at least fix one of the issues observed previously in the validation campaign.
