Adding Benedtto/LHCC scripts

  • Added 2 python scripts to create
    • (a) a smaller .csv file for passing on to the luminosity group
    • (b) a .root file for passing Zmumu numbers to LHCC
  • Tweaked README to explain how to make all yearwise (time and pileup dependent) plots
