GPU Code Updates, master branch (2021.02.04.)

These are some small changes that I did while setting up tests for GitLab-CI's GPU holding test machines.

The one bigger change is that I can now only use my Intel integrated GPUs if I disable the usage of tcmalloc. (Not sure whether it's an issue in tcmalloc or the Intel driver. Notified the Intel developers already...)
