jet hypo: remove Run 2 style code.
This commit contains only the commenting out to of code in TrigHLTJetHypo/src/components/TrigHLTJetHypo_entries.cxx. Previous (premature) attempts to remove such code passed local tests, but failed Continuous Integration tests.
This current code passes local tests. If all is well in CI, the commented-out will be removed, as will other files.
