22.0-TrkParameters_unique_ptr-TrkTrack
Make TrackParameters member a unique_ptr in the TrackStateOnSurface, and introduce an appropriate constructor which takes a unique_ptr as a parameter. Work undertaken in context of ATLASRECTS-5935.
