TCT: updated naming convention and MT settings for q441_mt1 test

There are two updates in this MR:

  • Currently the "_serial" suffix is used to label tests using MT with 1 tread. This is misleading. The naming convention for TCT tests is updated in this MR. Instead of "_serial", now using "_mt1" suffix.

  • Currently only the RDOtoRDOtrigger step uses MT for the TCT test q441_serial. This MR enables MT for all the steps.
