TCT: adding two new tests for mainstream using data18 as input

This MR adds two new tests which should replace the current tests test_mainstream_run307716_collisions.sh test_mainstream_run307716_collisions_withouthist.sh

The new tests use data18 as input with conditionsTag CONDBR2-BLKPA-RUN2-02 and geometry version ATLAS-R2-2016-01-00-01. Also MT is enabled with 8 threads. The old tests will be disabled later.

This is only changing ART tests, why would it affect any of the CI tests?

Apologies, I've seen the same related failure in a pure MC request. I'll trigger a rebuild
