Small fixes to MET RefTau and soft term

Chris Malena Delitzsch requested to merge cdelitzs/athena:master-MET-validation into master

This MR restores the RefTau term stored in the AODs in MET_Reference_X needed for validation purposes. The configuration for the TauSelectionTool previously used still old WPs and this MR switches to the current recommendations from the TauCP group for r22.

Furthermore a small fix is implemented for the usage of FE in the soft term.
