Remove deprecated XbbScore variables from HbbCommon

Replacing the addRecommendedXbbTaggers decorations with a return, so old XbbScores aren't written to any output DAODs. This is to alleviate confusion with the current Xbb202006 score which is added to existing DAODs and not run at DerivationFramework level.
