Adding substructure ratios to physics validation

Added the class JetSubStructureHistos to manually calculate:

Tau21, Tau32, Tau21_wta, Tau32_wta, C1, C2, D2

Removed several empty histos for certain jet collections and rearranged the conditions to match trimmed and softdrop.

For AntiKt4EMPFlow jets added:

DFCommonJets_QGTagger_NTracks DFCommonJets_QGTagger_TracksWidth DFCommonJets_QGTagger_TracksC1 DFCommonJets_fJvt
