Adding variables to compute signed IP in the b-jet TriggerEDM. We need singed IP variables for monitoring and to retrain DL1r for Run3.

This raises the size of the AOD by about 1.0 kB / event in a simulated ttbar sample, but is a temporary measure for commissioning. Once we have more derivations running and fewer iterations on the AODs we could recalculate this information in the DAODs instead.

This should go in before we make the MC request described in ATR-22627.
