Master simplify name HT chains with default filter cuts

Enable the usage of default et/eta filtering options in HT chains to reduce the length of the chain names.

Using as default the values used in Run 2: 30et and 0eta320

Old chains: HLT_j0_aggSEP1000htSEP30etSEP0eta320_L1J20 HLT_j0_aggSEP500htSEP30etSEP0eta320_L1J20

New (and shorter) chains: HLT_j0_aggSEP1000ht_L1J20 HLT_j0_aggSEP500ht_L1J20
