TCT test_reprocessing_with_derived_outputs.sh: updated AMI tag and using MT with 8 threads

This MR addresses the issue in ATLASRECTS-5887: a new AMI tag was created (r12391) where the property useDynamicAlignFolders from InDetFlag is not used anymore in the preExec. Also the conditionsTag is updated in the new tag.

Additionally MT is enabled with 8 threads.
