This MR adds the selection of the tracks used to evaluate mb_sptrk efficiency (defaulting it for now to TightPrimary). In addition I have renamed the files to make it specific that it is about tracking. Soon we expect MBTS related DQ codes there. Related to https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-22703
