Covering ATR-22796.. Now without count changes (well, there are a few changes in met, which I am not sure are reproducible). This removes L2MissingET package (not used anymore), Everything associated to TrigDataAccess in TrigT2CaloCommon, Mbts and Zdc access via old TrigDataAccess tool, references to it in runHLT_standalone.py, T2CaloEgamma_eGamma (run 2 non-MT compatible version) and TrigCaloCellMaker. There might be more cleaning up to do later. Best, Denis
