TrigT1NSW: remove legacy trigger monitoring

Remove the legacy trigger monitoring code. It was only used to monitor the number of events in a histogram. If this is actually used, it needs to be re-implemented using the Run-3 monitoring infrastructure.

Also apply some general package cleanups.
