Add a nighly test for the ID Trigger electron reconstruction with clone removal

Uses a duplicate of the standard Z->ee test, but with a postinclude to enable clone removal - not, this is for the ID trigger nightly test only, so the "print" statement in the TIDAcloneremoval.py will be removed as soon as the test is seen to be working online - it is not necessary to make it a full athena logger output string.
