Include AntiKt4EmTopoJets and nearby tracks in EXOT8

This MR affects the EXOT8 derivation in the DerivationFramework.

EXOT8 now includes AntiKtEMTopoJets to be used as alternative inputs to construct large-R TAR jets from jets and tracks at the ntuple/analysis level. The track selections used for R = 0.2 LCTopo jets is reused to keep the size of the derivation small.

The change was tested by running the data18 ART file test script (test_data18EXOT8.sh). The size increase of the derivation as a result of the change was tested in files from 5 different MC samples. The size on disk increases by 2-3% w.r.t. the size in 21.2.
