Fix CaloMuonScore for muons occurring near phi=pi

• Fix calculation of calo muon score when the event occurs near the phase boundary between phi=pi and phi=-pi
• Fix the partial sort that calculates the median of a vector to also work correctly in cases when the input vector is even in size
