Remove hardcoded BMG cabling

Hi,

this MR removes the hardcoded BMG cabling from the MDTCabling algorithm. The cabling has been added by hand at a time where no maps were available in COOL. However, the best knowledge conditions tags contain a BMG cabling and this hack is not needed. Closes ATLASSIM-5020
