TrfTestsART: AthenaMT reco tests in ART with higher statistics

Introduce TrfTestsART package.

The goal is to run several AthenaMT reco tests with different configurations in ART using several thousand events to spot threading related issues.

Start with RAW input files available on CVMFS already:

  • 1995 events in /cvmfs/atlas-nightlies.cern.ch/repo/data/data-art/Tier0ChainTests/data18_13TeV.00357750.physics_Main.daq.RAW/data18_13TeV.00357750.physics_Main.daq.RAW._lb0114._SFO-5._0003.data
  • 1571 events in /cvmfs/atlas-nightlies.cern.ch/repo/data/data-art/Tier0ChainTests/data17_13TeV.00330470.physics_Main.daq.RAW._lb0310._SFO-1._0001.data

Expand the test with more inputs when available either on CVMFS or as Grid dataset.
