Update xAODDigest reference file

Update the q431 xAODDigest reference file to 100 events. This file is planned to be used in an updated version of the CI test https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-sit/CI/-/blob/master/TestConfig/q431xAODDigestTest.citest
